Robbery takes place inside Astoria deli, police release video

The NYPD has released video of two individuals wanted in connection with a robbery that took place inside an Astoria deli last month.

The police said that two people allegedly approached a 25-year-old man inside a deli at 38-02 Broadway when one of the suspects accused the victim of talking to his girlfriend. An argument ensued and the suspect and another individual assaulted the victim and took off with his wallet containing an unknown amount of money.

The incident took place on Saturday, November 28, 2015, at 8:15 pm.
