Soledad, Restaurant owners are not in the business of serving bad food. They put thier heart and soul and life savings into it It’s hard work and challanges especially for first time restaurant owners. Restaurant Operators are pest control experts. They may not know how to train employees either. Food safety training is very important for maintaining sanitary excellence.

It doesn’t matter how clean you keep your establishment. When you’rein the restaurant business it’s hard to keep away the vermin. I will continue to eat at Nuevo Jardin. I’ve been going there since my teens.

Nuevo Jardin is no better than cat food. If they had a cat maybe they would have fewer rodent problems

I’ve been in the neighborhood for about 12 years and the one meal I had at Nuevo Jardin was hands down the worst meal I’ve had in the entire city. It’s criminal that they charge money for what they serve. Not at all surprised they were shut down.

Nuevo Jardin said they had “plumbing problems”. All of the rat shit must have clogged the drains. Filthy

Yea, I saw that too. Probably ashamed of being shut down… “unforeseen plumbing issues” why lie to the public… we are only going to find out the truth sooner or later.

Actual truth

But that’s not true, most people won’t research into it and will take statements like that at face value
