Police search for man who burglarized Northern Blvd restaurant

The police are searching for a man who smashed through the glass door of an Astoria restaurant and stole $350 in cash.

The incident took place a Tequila Sunrise, located at 40-01 Northern Boulvevard, at 3:15 am on Friday Oct. 24.

The police said the suspect threw an object through the glass door and then took $350 out of the cash register and then fled.

Anyone with information in is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
