Typical ghetto rats, there is no cure to civilize these ghetto rats, it’s in their genes to act like animals

We have teenagers peddling drugs along Ralph DeMarco Park now. In broad daylight. No tact. No subtlety. I am hoping it is just dime bags of weed, but we all know what’s really going on. Heroin. Meth. Pills. Trump 2016. Yet another reason why Shore Blvd should be shut down. It’s drug addict heaben when the sun goes down. It is only a matter of time before someone is killed. Oh wait, that did happen. They found a dead woman over the railing – and no follow up. also, the suicide in astoria park was not a suicide, unless someone can kill themselves by stabbing themselves in the chest 5 times. That is whyt the park is crawling with cops right now. But they are not telling the community just how bad things are. Contain the panic and nip it in the bud before we all know…but we know.

I am a Democrat who is voting for Trump. I am so sick of people leeching off the system. I have no problem, like Trump, with helping people. I don’t want anyone dying on our streets, but at the same time, I am sick of people living off my tax dollars without putting back in. I used to believe this was a republican fueled stereotype, but I now have an undocumented homeless person who is living in our neighborhood. He was bragging how he’d rather sleep outside than go to a church because it is a much easier life. I have hard working neighbors giving this dude money. Its okay for them to work and pay taxes…and then give him money so he can relax on our street corner smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee. Meanwhile, I am paying taxes on unemployment insurance (which I technically paid for anyhow), and this dude goes to the hospital with a bad stomach. Guess who paid for it. You and I. We also paid for the warm jail cell he was in this winter, after he disappeared for two months. Here we were worried, and dude broke the law. So please remember as you’re reading this off the wifi and computer you paid for, there are people who are using you. I will not allow it any longer.

PS – I also have no medical insurance right now. I had to suffer through kidney stones without treatment, meanwhile this douche goes to the hospital anbd gets free treatment he’ll never be in debt for. Me, not so much.

Hmmm

Sounds like the tall black homeless guy with dreads who posts up in Columbus Square by the train station.

Going south – you think he was heading back to the projects? Not racist – just saying

No, I don’t think anything because we clearly don’t have that info. He could’ve went passed the projects. He could’ve hopped on the F train. We don’t know that info do we. South is broad.

Keep drinking that hot steaming cup of gullible tea. Thanks to people like you who refuse to face facts, we are all going to need to keep looking over our shoulders. Just raize Ravenswood and QB to the ground and make it an Olympic park for the games, create jobs – not more damn dudes shooting people after cashing their welfare checks that you and I pay for.

City Council passes bill shifting broker fee burden to landlords, sparking backlash from real estate industry and key critics

The New York City Council passed a landmark bill on Wednesday, aiming to relieve renters of paying hefty broker fees — a cost that will now fall on the party who hires the listing agent. Known as the FARE Act (Fairness in Apartment Rentals), the legislation passed with a veto-proof majority of 42-8, despite opposition from Republicans and conservative Democrats.
