Badrun Khan, a Sunnyside resident and a member of Queens Community Board 2, is running in the Democratic primary for the 14th Congressional District of New York.

She faces incumbent Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and former CNBC reporter Michelle Caruso-Cabrera.

We speak to Khan about her campaign to unseat Ocasio-Cortez and why she believes voters in the district would be better served by her.

The 14th Congressional District includes the neighborhoods of Astoria, College Point, Corona, East Elmhurst, Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, Sunnyside and Woodside. It also covers neighborhoods in the south east portion of The Bronx.

Hell no unless you want non union jobs and people getting kicked out by realtor company’s with sky high rents to benefit a small group of already wealthy people
