We spoke to Anthony Miranda, candidate for Queens Borough President, last week.

Miranda, a retired police sergeant and the only Latino in the race, is one of five candidates vying for the position in next week’s Democratic primary.

We discussed police reform, COVID-19, community boards and jobs.

The other candidates in the June 23 primary are Costa Constantinides, Elizabeth Crowley, Donovan Richards and Dao Yin .
