NYPD: Man Uses Stolen Credit Card to Buy Beer at Astoria Store

Police are searching for a man who used a stolen credit card to buy beer in Astoria on Feb. 11.

The suspect walked into Ruby’s Grocery at 25-44 Broadway at about 5:12 a.m. and used the stolen card.

The man was dressed head to toe in black and was wearing a puffer vest over a hoodie.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
