NYPD: 11-year-old reported missing by Ravenswood Houses

Dallas Pinckney was reported missing to NYPD on July 20.

An 11-year-old was reported missing to the NYPD Thursday afternoon.

Dallas Pinckney was last seen on Thursday, July 20 at approximately 12:39 p.m. at the intersection of 34th Avenue and 24th Street by the Ravenswood Houses in Astoria, according to police.

Pinckney is described at 4’11”, weighing 85 pounds, and was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts, and black and white sneakers.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

Dallas was a friend of mine in is204 the last time I saw him was june 24th or somewere in that time period I don’t have much insight on this incident but I saw this on Instagram. I didn’t read the post clearly until today July 23rd.


I am glad to hear it. I was surprised to see that his being missing was not more covered by local news!


Hope he is fine we were super close untill he went missing pray that he returns home


Hope u find him and hope he is safe I seen him in Ravenswood my boyfriend is friends with him hope u find him


Last I saw of him was at lunch,we had summer school together and he sat with a group of young kids,he was sent to the main office and that’s the last I saw of him


Hang in there Dallas I strongly believe help is on the way praying for your safe retur


I’m praying for his return I’m from Ravenswood I lived there all of my childhood it was a safe neighborhood I’m sorry to hear that has happened…i will pray for his safe return..
