So much to watch out for in Astoria. What is up with all the homeless walking around in the Ditmars Blvd/31 street location. Are they walking to TJ Maxx to use the bathrooms? With the heat and humidity 2 that we passed by stunk like old dried up urine and poop. Made us want to vomit. Then at the key food parking lot one homeless man was tapping on car windows asking for money. Truly disgusting! My guests from out of town were appalled and I was sickened and embarrassed.

Betty- It’s happening all over the city. Deblasio administration is sticking homeless shelters everywhere. What’s worse the street people in LIC Sunnyside and Woodside are all from other areas and boroughs. I just came back from a small road trip through south east and have seen an up tick in homeless in New Orleans , Atlanta and Mobile.?

Doesn’t sound like you were talking about jail time but rather insulting other people on here. Seems to be the only thing you’re good for like your favorite president Mr. Trump!

actually we were talking about jail time

If you scroll up you can see what you missed: “Caban will let this man free with no jail time.” Reading is hard.

I don’t know why you think someone that supports decriminalization of crimes that mostly affect people of color would be a Trump voter. He’s the one that’s so racist and stupid he told three natural-born American congresswomen to “go back to your country.”

LaGuardia crowned best airport in United States by Forbes Travel Guide following $8 billion transformation

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey proudly announced on Oct. 22 that Forbes Travel Guide selected LaGuardia Airport as the best airport in the United States a decade after then-Vice President Joe Biden likened the transportation hub to one that would be found in a third-world nation in a speech lamenting the state of infrastructure in America.

Forbes released its first Verified Air Travel Awards based on a survey of 5,000 hospitality and travel experts and the guide’s most well-traveled fliers. The recognition is the latest in a long list of accolades given to LaGuardia throughout the course of the airport’s historic $8 billion transformation.
