A number of A-list stars are coming to Astoria.

Two new NBC shows are being filmed in Kaufman Astoria Studios that include stars such as Neil Patrick Harris, Jennifer Lopez and Ray Liotta.

Jennifer Lopez, Ray Liotta and Drea de Matteo are currently filming a new NBC drama, “Shade of Blue,” which is based on a group of close-knit cops who keep the streets clean while lining their own pockets.

The show, which is being directed by Barry Levinson, is currently being shot at the Kaufman Astoria Studios and is set to debut on NBC this fall.

The other NBC program is “The Neil Patrick Harris Variety Show,” which focuses on a variety of different acts including comedy sketches, musical numbers and performances, mini game shows, celebrity guest stars and celebrity pranks.Neil_Patrick_Harris_2011_(cropped)

Shooting for this comedy show is about to begin.

There will be 10-episodes, all filmed in the 18,000 square foot Stage K, in front of a live studio audience made up of nearly 300 people.

The show is set to premier on NBC in September.

“We’re thrilled to have Neil and Jennifer join our star-studded roster here at KAS.” said Hal Rosenbluth, President and CEO of Kaufman Astoria Studios.

“His [Harris] impressive list of accomplishments will guarantee that his variety show will be a hit and his fans are definitely in for a treat!” he added.

“Having Jennifer Lopez around the studio has added excitement, she is a multi-faceted performer and her energy is certainly felt within our KAS campus.
