Great. Even less parking. I am so tired of these new buildings making Astoria even less affordable. I curse the new 7 story building going up on 29th Street and 31st Avenue because it’s taking away my beautiful view of the empire state building. 🙁 I wish I was Sophia Petrillo so I could put a Sicilian curse on all of em.

Sure hope they build a 10 spot parking garage on the first floor to accommodate the extra cars 10 apartments will bring to the street
