(Update) April 23, 2018 Staff Report A 12-year-old Astoria girl who went missing Thursday has returned home safely, police said. Shelsy Zapata, 12, went missing from her 23-32 31st Road apartment on Thursday, April 19. Two days later, April 21, she arrived home uninjured, police said. Further details were not released.
