Astoria rental building to hit the market this fall, as development rolls on

The Grove Astoria

May 13, 2015 By Michael Florio

The development boom continues to chug along.

This fall, 62 units will be available for rent in a seven-story building on 21st Street.

The building, called the Grove, will be located at 30-40 21st Street, and is being marketed by Modern Spaces.

Modern Spaces, in a press release, stated that the building will be a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Residents are expected to be able to move in this fall.

“Astoria is a culturally diverse and established neighborhood with a true sense of community,” said Greg Kyroglou, a Modern Spaces broker and a life-long Astoria resident.

“The Grove will not only provide well-crafted homes to potential renters but also give them a chance to experience all that makes this area so special.”

The Grove is located on 21st Street and 30th Road, just one block away from 30th Ave, near Van Alst Playground.

“We know this project will be popular when it comes to market,” said Eric Benaim, CEO of Modern Spaces, in a statement.
