Asian Eatery About to Open on Steinway

A new eatery offering Asian steamed buns is set to open on Steinway Street.

The restaurant, called the Bao Shoppe, will be opening at 30-66 Steinway Street, and will feature a menu based on bao—which are steamed, filled buns stuffed with a variety of flavors.

The store’s Facebook page states that the buns will incorporate Asian and American flavors. There will also be vegetarian options.
