Another cafe to open in Ditmars

ditmarscafe

Dec. 15, 2014 By Michael Florio

A new café is coming to Ditmars.

The café will be located at 23-14 Ditmars Blvd and is expected to open by Christmas, according to a co-owner who didn’t want to disclose her name.

The co-owner said the café will serve coffee, espresso, and crepes. She didn’t want to disclose what the name of the establishment will be.

The location was previously occupied by Waltz-Astoria, a coffee and tea shop that often hosted open mic nights and music.

Yogurt Le Crepe, an eatery specializing in frozen yogurt and crepes, recently opened earlier this year at 29-02 Ditmars Blvd, just blocks away from the new café.
