Two teenagers used a ladder to gain access to an Astoria resident’s backyard before stealing two bicycles, according to police.

The suspects scaled a fence with a 20-foot ladder and entered an enclosed backyard within the vicinity of 11th Street near 35th Ave on October 19th, police said.

Police describe the suspects as two males, black, roughly 16-years-old. One was wearing black and the other was wearing gray, according to police.

The police would not reveal the exact location.

Enterprising youth.
This took some work. Unfortunate that these guys didn’t use their energy and resourcefulness to do something legal.

Not sure why pictures from the video don’t get released by the NYPD.
