Man robs T-Mobile store on 36th Avenue at gunpoint, takes off with phones and cash

A gun-wielding robber entered the T-Mobile store on 36th Avenue Friday before taking off with cell phones and cash, according to police.

The suspect went into the 31-06 36th Avenue store at about 4 pm and demanded an employee fill a duffel bag with multiple boxed cell phones. The employee complied and then the perpetrator removed $200 cash.

The suspect was described as a male black, approximately 35-years-old, ‘6’ 0″ tall, 275 pounds, with a dark complexion and black hair. He was last seen wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, black sneakers and blue jeans.

The suspect fled the store in a black Audi with unknown plates.

Every small business owner should have easy access to a gun permit with training and these things wouldn’t occur. Good thing the employees were unharmed.
