Wow, Justin Timberlake! That is brilliant! With ideas like that, you should be chief of police. “Check the projects” why didn’t anyone else think that! But of course you know the police won’t actually do that because they’re all on ‘the take’ if you know what I mean, or they’re busy handing out parking ticket to us law abiding citizen or better yet, eating donuts, amirite. But you should really move on that ‘Check the projects’ thing, maybe send it to a Congressman or the Fox Five Problem-Solvers. Really get on that. It’s such a stroke of genius and not a worthless troll remark at all.

Astoria is still a great place to live for those that do not mind the decline in safety, noise, traffic, pollution and crowds. Its cheaper than Manhattan, Brooklyn and LIC.

Vinny nailed it. These type of issues listed above do not happen anywhere else in the entire city. Crazy how the bullseye has landed only on Astoria. Personally, I blame it on Obama and the Clintons. Huge conspiracy that should be looked into.

City Council passes bill shifting broker fee burden to landlords, sparking backlash from real estate industry and key critics
