80-year-old goes missing in Astoria

An 80-year Astoria resident has gone missing and the police are seeking the public’s help in finding him.

Jacob Witsell was last seen on Tuesday, September 6, at about 11 am in front of 35-50 21st Street.

Witsell is described as a male black, 5’8″ tall, 150lbs, brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange plaid shirt, blue jeans and a black hat. The police have released a photo.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477)
