25-Year-Old Man Fatally Shot in Front of Astoria Houses: NYPD

A 25-year-old man who was shot in front of the Astoria Houses last week died at the hospital yesterday.

Darrian Ramdial, of Mount Vernon, NY,  was shot in front of 3-20 27th Ave. shortly before 3 p.m. last Thursday, police said. He suffered a gunshot wound to the lower torso and was transported to Elmhurst Hospital.

Yesterday, Ramdial succumbed to his wound and was pronounced dead at Elmhurst Hospital, police said.

There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

News is not saying that truth the kid that got shot was working at the time he got shot he was working for GSH fixing the hot water in the project there was no hot water so mad GSH

I have a question . He got shot at
3-20 27th Ave but they took him to elmhurst. Mount Sinai of queens is only a few blocks away on 30th ave, why didn’t they take him there?
