Teen Breaks Into 33rd Street Home, Steals $11K Worth Of Electronics And Jewelry

Police are searching for a burglar who stole thousands of dollars worth of electronics and jewelry from an Astoria home.

The teenage suspect entered the 33rd Street residence through a front window on June 2 at 10:30 a.m, according to the NYPD. He removed $11,000 worth of electronics and jewelry, before fleeing the scene.

No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.

Police describe the suspect as a teenage Hispanic male weighing 150 pounds with brown eyes, short black hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve blue plaid button down shirt, blue jeans and a grey vest.

Police have released a surveillance video and photo of the suspect and are asking anyone with any information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

Hmmmm

Not to judge but that didn’t look like a home with $11K worth of goods to steal. Old TV, old laptop on the table, and basically nothing in the living room. Not even any pictures on the wall.
