Police looking for man who attempted to rip woman’s clothes off on Ditmars Blvd last month

The police are looking for a man who grabbed a 23-year-old woman and attempted to rip her clothes off on Ditmars Boulevard last month.

The incident took place at the intersection of 48th Street and Ditmars Boulevard at about 1:45 am on Sunday, March 14. The suspect grabbed the woman, tried to remove her clothing but fled when the victim began screaming.

The police released video footage yesterday.

The police are trying to locate a person of interest, who they describe as a Hispanic man, 25-35, 5’7″-5’9″, with spikey black hair. The individual was seen wearing a dark-colored jacket, and dark-colored boots.

“Well the last guy was Greek and homeless”….You just answered your own question. HOMELESS!!!

I can’t believe I have to explain this but ok….

The last guy was not living at Westway. He was homeless but not a resident of Westway.

What about the guy that started the fires and stabbed the cop? He was a longtime resident. Also, not living at Westway. Which of any of these most recent crimes have been committed by people living at Westway.

That is not an explanation. You are issuing a command. I would like you to explain because no evidence would indicate this is a Westway issue.

Police from five Queens precincts are looking for a pair of burglars who targeted independent mom-and-pop drugstores from Fresh Meadows to Astoria throughout December.

The two men allegedly broke into three drugstores in three different neighborhoods in a half-hour during the morning of Sunday, Dec. 15.
