NYPD seek help in finding burglar who targeted Astoria restaurant

The police are looking for a burglar who allegedly broke into an Astoria restaurant early Monday morning.

The police said that the suspect entered the Coffee Pot Restaurant, located at 28-19 23rd Avenue, through a window around 4 a.m. and took off with several cartons of cigarettes and scratch off lotto tickets.

The police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
