Plans have been filed for two seven-story residential buildings in Long Island City and the architect has just released the renderings.

The plans released by the COSTA Architecture and Engineering call for two 60-foot tall buildings at 37-24 30th Street and 37-28 30th Street.

Building permits for the structures were filed with the Department of Buildings on June 25 and will include 32 and 33 units respectively.

The 32-unit building will include six units on floors two through six and two units on floor seven. The 33-unit structure will include six units on floors two through six but three units on floor seven.

Both buildings will have a rooftop and BBQ area as well as recreational rooms. There will be 33 car spaces and 33 bicycle spaces below ground.

Robert Cerrone (under Park Construction Corp.) is listed as the owner behind both applications while COSTA Architecture and Engineering are listed as the architects.

The development is expected to be completed in the fall of 2021.

Fortunately, this is a condo project, so we don’t have to worry about the various biscuit necks and spoon faces that comprise the rental market moving in and destroying the neighborhood. Thank God!

I appreciate the irony of you being prejudice against Greeks while at the same time calling out my alleged racism. Also, I’m a little confused by that. Which part of my post was racist? Was it the part where I used a made up term to describe an unidentified segment of the population? You SJWs need to start using your heads and stop just blindly reacting to everything.

Oh, Lawrence. You and Patrick took my bait hook, line, and sinker. Read the comment again; it doesn’t mean anything!! I don’t even know which racial group a spoon face or biscuit neck would be a derogatory term for. Maybe it doesn’t even have a racial connotation, but rather a demographic one (i.e. yuppie). Either way, it was truly satisfying watching you two fall over each other to feign outrage over nothing. Thanks for playing.
