NYPD: Man Walks into Crescent Street Walgreens, Takes $900

Police have released photos and video of a man who allegedly stole $900 from a Walgreens drug store on Crescent Street.

Police say the man walked into an office at the back of the store, located at 33-55 Crescent St., at around 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 and took $900 from an unsecured safe and walked back out of the drug store.

The suspect is described as black and in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a white construction hard hat, a red T-shirt and blue pants.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
