Police Seek Man Who Allegedly Stole Wallet on N Train Earlier This Month

The police are looking for a man who allegedly stole a straphanger’s wallet on the ‘N’ train earlier this month.

The suspect allegedly took a 22-year-old man’s wallet at around 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 9, on the N train. The victim discovered his wallet missing in the vicinity of Queensboro Plaza subway station, police said.

The suspect used the victim’s bank card at several undisclosed ATMs in Brooklyn, police said.

Police released photos and video of the suspect taken at the Queensboro Plaza station on the date of the offense.

The suspect is described as black, between 20 and 30 years of age, and last seen wearing a black baseball cap and blue T-shirt.
