Permits have been filed for a 7-story mixed-use building on 31st Street.
The building, which would be constructed at 31-18 31st St., would have 10 residential units, ground floor retail space and an ambulatory healthcare facility on the second floor.
Demolition permits were filed in January for an existing 2-story home at the location, which was built in 1925.
The property is owned by developer New York Builders Millennium. The property was bought in December for $2.21 million.
The new building would stand 75 feet tall and encompass 15,117 square feet.
Residents would have access to storage and a laundry room in the cellar and recreational space on the roof.
The property is less than a block away from the Broadway (N/W) subway station.
T.F. Cusanelli and Filletti Architecture is responsible for the design of the planned building.
