Police are searching for a 14-year-old teen from Astoria who has been missing since Saturday.
Eftyhia Galanis, also known as “Effy”, was last seen at her home near 21st Road and 19th Street at 10 p.m. on March 30, according to police.
An NYPD spokesperson said there have been no updates on the case as of today.
Galanis is 5 feet tall and weighs 150 pounds, according to police. She has brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt with a 124 logo, and white striped pants.
Anyone with information in regards to the missing is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). Update (11:30 a.m. April 3) She has yet to be found, police said.
