Plans for a four-story residential building close to Astoria Park have been filed, building records show.

The proposal also comes with plans for a front and rear yard.

The project is being developed by Frank Petruso Architect, P.C., a commercial and residential architectural firm based in Great Neck.

The owner could not be reached for comment.

It’s all about pricing. If he plans to remodel it a la Californian style apartments, let’s just pray that it won’t hit over 1500 a month. That’d be nuts..
