A 26-year-old man was shot and killed yesterday at the Ravenswood Houses in Long Island City, police said.
According to an NYPD spokesman, at about 12:07 p.m., a gunman opened fire on Terrell Smith, leaving him with multiple wounds to the torso.
Smith was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center, where he later died.
Police believe the shooter was wearing a white T-shirt and grey sweatpants, and fled the scene in the direction of 35th Street.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

The victim was shot at the bus stop at 36 ave. He was not within Ravenswood Houses he was on a NYC street. He may have run onto 35 ave but 35 street would be 15 blocks away
