NYPD: Woman attempts to rob Santander bank on Broadway

The police are looking for a woman who allegedly tried to rob the Santander bank on Broadway yesterday.

The woman allegedly entered the 37-10 Broadway bank at around 11:40 am Friday and passed a note to the bank teller demanding money. The teller refused and the suspect fled the location without any funds, according to police.

The woman is described as being white, approximately 28-years-old, 5’10” tall, 200lbs, brown hair and last seen wearing a gray hooded jacket and blue gloves.
