The Pokemon craze continues.

A bar crawl for Pokemon Go, the hugely popular smart-phone game that involves catching virtual Pokemon, will take place in Astoria this Saturday, starting at 3 pm.

Participants will begin their journey at The Pomeroy (36-12 Ditmars Blvd) before traveling along Ditmars Blvd and stopping at The Ditty (35-03 Ditmars Blvd). They will then make their way over to 23rd Ave, stopping at The Bonnie (29-12 23rd Ave) and The Letlove Inn (27-20 23rd Ave).

The night will end with a free standup comedy show at QED (27-16 23rd Ave).

QED will be offering drink specials and will provide bar crawl participants with two free tickets to any future comedy show at the venue.

Attendees are encouraged to wear the color of their Pokemon Go team, such as Mystic, Instinct of Valor.

This is not the first Pokemon Go bar crawl in Astoria. One was held earlier this month, where players explored bars along 30th Ave and 31st Ave.

Players in Astoria and Long Island City have also gathered on Facebook to discuss popular local spots for catching Pokemon, such as Astoria Park. The Astoria/LIC group currently has 371 members.
