The police have released video footage of a man believed to have been involved in the writing of a homophobic slur on the wall of a building that houses two Astoria legislators.
The graffiti, which read ‘Obama f..t,” was found in two places on the 31-19 Newtown Avenue building on Monday, which is where State Senator Michael Gianaris and Assemblywoman Aravella Simotas have their district offices.
Police believe the suspect is white and was last seen wearing hooded jacket and a baseball cap.
